Ordered chicken Kiev, chips, salad and a mug of tea, waited half an hour for my meal which being Saturday was ok as it was busy, food eventually came and looked nice, the chicken Kiev was raw in the middle so I sent it back with the waitress who just said a rather curt “ sorry” I was left sat there,I saw the cook throw my meal away so I eventually got the attention of the waitress and told her I didn’t want him cooking me another and said I would pay for the tea £1.40 she told me there was no need and to keep my money which I did and left. I felt as if I didn’t matter and my custom meant nothing to them, I will not be going in there again,is it because not being English these people don’t understand good customer service? I hate to sound racist saying that but the manager should have approached me with at least a half decent apology.
