Job: Tiling to kitchen, living room, hallway and refurbished bathrooms
Review: initially we were impressed with them, but as the job started to 'come together', we started noticing little flaws. Grouting not finished under radiators, tiles chipped, tiler had used mastik on the corners of the ensuite instead of grout.
Bath that was fitted was and is cracked (albeit a small one, it's a new bath, so shouldn't be).
Tile trims in kitchen are beyond amateurish, and they told us that there was no others to fit the type of tile.we had....a simple rectangular house brick style tile....really?!...by that time we just wanted them out.
Also shower in main bathroom is coming away from the tiles. Contacted them to come back and no reply.
There were positive elements to the job, but they were far outweighed by the negatives.
Would not recommend if you have anything other than a basic job and aren't bothered about the finish.
