We used Collins Catering for our daughters wedding (130 guests). A small catering tent of 9m x 6m was provided, the rest we left to Susan and her team(she even helped with the flower arranging). Guests commented on the quality of the food,the courteous staff and, from our point of view, we did not have to worry about a thing.Guests who wanted to use the bar prematurely were handled tactfully.(The free bar started after the meal).
Prosecco and canapes served by Susan's staff beforehand. Susan and Barry advised us on the best wines to have with the food and also catered for the vegans. We were so impressed that we asked Susan to cater for my 75th birthday. Again superb.Quite simply, do not know where she gets the energy from, but the most impressive thing to me was her love of the job and willingness to make sure we had no worries.A great relief believe me when you have organised the Wedding yourself.She is a superb cook, all 3 courses, and the cheese Wedding Cake was a work of art.
