I have a rental property where the tenants moved out leaving a complete nightmare behind! Not only that, the original builders that did the renovation had cut so many corners that had left me with a complete headache as I only had a six day window to turn the property around for the new tenants to move in. SaS Building Solutions took on the job and hit the property with a positive attitude and worked their way through a whole list of jobs including, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, fixing locks, replacing light fittings, totally gutting the bathroom as there was really bad leak and the celling had collapsed due to previous shoddy workmanship, repairs inside and outdoors. The guys worked solidly into the evenings to make sure the house was 100%. Both guys were courteous, and mindful of the elderly lady living next door, they cleaned up after each days work and never complained about my bad tea making or the lack of biscuits! Noting was too much trouble as the list of jobs got longer and longer, and their knowledge and skill set seemed to stretch to all areas. I would recommend SaS to anyone who is looking for a genuine company, who not only did a great job but were a joy to have working in the property and a real bonus their rates were great. Very rare to find such reliable workmen and as a woman on her own I felt the guys could be trusted 100% Thanks a million :)
