Not a great experience. They quoted us for work including cleaning and clearing all gutters and downpipes. On the day of cleaning, they said they couldn't do some of the downpipes as they were loose but we later discovered they didn't do any, including ones that were perfectly fine. What followed was weeks of stressful to-ing and fro-ing - until finally they returned and cleared two gutters and two downpipes in less than an hour. They said they had misunderstood what they had agreed they would do, which didn't ring true as it was in every email exchange and in the quote they produced for us. This is something I would urge other people to be really clear on in future - and hold them to it if they commit to do something. We wouldn't recommend them or have them back as there was a breakdown in trust. Could've been down to pandemic/Xmas period pressures, but still at the end of the day how they handled it was not acceptable and a stressful drawn-out process for us.
