Had a very poor experience. After having a problem with a Siemens washer/dryer after a chat on the phone I was advised to get an engineer to come. I was promised as I had 2 weeks before new tenants moved in that it would either be fixed or we could replace in that time. The engineer came and said I would either hear back that afternoon or the following day being a Saturday. I heard nothing and called on the Saturday afternoon to be promised someone would call right back. Nothing. I called on Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday by which time I was getting concerned due to time. I had no call back or reply to an email. On the Thursday the lady told me that they were very buisy and possibly it’s better to go elsewhere! I went to AO to get a new machine- good service. Very let down by AJL. They took £108 from me for the engineer visit and was then ignored. I shan’t use them and I’d advise anyway to be aware.
