Had a problem with my Lexus car door that another garage had given me a huge quote on and lots of caveats around being able to source the right parts. I was recommended Richard at Blue Streak Automotives by a mechanic friend because they are Toyota specialists. After seeing the below reviews I was a little hesitant but speaking to Richard on the phone gave me reassurance.
He was really understanding of my problem, kindly shuffled his diary around to get me in quickly (even though they are busy) and was a complete professional from start to finish. The bill was even less than he’d originally quoted and knowing how desperate I was he could easily have taken advantage.
I will have no doubts recommending Richard to my friends and will definitely be taking my car there for all services and MOT’s from now on.
