I recently celebrated my 60th birthday & had a Bollywood inspired party .I met Valerie & Ray from Ashridge Delicious catering company on their regular Big Pan Catering stall at Berkhamsted's Wednesday market. Although Valerie is French I asked wether she & Ray would be happy to cook Indian food for my party. They came round to my house & discussed several menu ideas whilst we all poured over Indian cookbooks. It was great fun. Several weeks later the party day arrived. Valerie & Ray set up their own gazebos & camly worker around my chaos preparing & cooking. The food was divine . Everyone commented on the flavours & almost everyone returned for more food even though they admitted that they were full ! They cooked 3 huge pans of a meat , fish & Vegeterian curry with rice served in eco friendly Indian inspired dishes followed by two equally delicious puddings. If this is them cooking out of their comfort zone then bring it on . They are culinary legends. I would always use them.
