We used uk self storage in tunstall recently during complications with a smooth move. Contact with the staff was straight forward and helpful. They explained the process and cost. The booking was also straight forward. Fortunately the units were well sign posted on a main road. Easy parking. Fortunately it was quiet on both occasions for unloading and loading. There could have been a problem if it had been busy given there is only one lift. We felt it would have been more helpful if the trolleys had been larger or some of them. It was positive that staff were responsive over the phone when I had a need to contact the service. They were helpful, friendly and informative. We would recommend this service
