Richard Addington is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a registered property valuer and an experienced property agent.
He is a specialist in the sale of country houses, farms, development land, cottages, new homes and coastal retreats.
Richard started his property career in Devon in 1979 and has been helping clients buy, sell and value property almost continuously over the last 40 years.

Chris Jarrett has been in residential property agency since 1996, a career spanning almost 30 years. A third generation property professional, for most of his career, Chris has been involved in the sale of prime property across Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire.
From country and coastal homes to townhouses and apartments, Chris’s experience is broad and far reaching.
He spent 8 years as head of the Honiton office of Stags, then 12 years as a Director and Head of Office at Savills Cheltenham. He now leads the successful Jackson-Stops franchise in Cheltenham.

Nick’s career in property spans over 35 years in residential agency, the last 22 of which have been with Savills. Prior to this, Nick held positions with Strutt & Parker and John D Wood & Co.
His early career was spent with GVA Grimley (now Avison Young) in commercial practice. Today, Nick specialises in the sale of country homes.

Dr Samantha Gaines is the Head of the Companion Animals Science and Policy department at the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA).
She leads a team of animal welfare specialists who use science and other robust evidence to advocate for good lives for pets, working and sporting animals.
Her areas of expertise include dangerous dogs legislation, racing greyhounds, and dogs kept for working purposes.
She delivers the secretariat for the Dog Control Coalition which is working towards effective and sustainable dog control as well as repeal of Breed Specific Legislation.
She is also the Chair of the Cut the Chase coalition, which seeks to phase out greyhound racing across the UK’s nations.
Previously, she was awarded a PhD from Bristol University after studying the effects of housing and husbandry on the welfare of kennelled dogs.

Alice Potter is a Senior Science and Policy Officer for the RSPCA and has been with the charity for over 10 years.
Her role in the Companion Animals Department has mainly focused on advising on cat welfare issues.

Philip Clayton is a plantsman, gardener, author and freelance garden writer with a plant-filled garden in Peterborough.
A member of the RHS Herbaceous Plant Group, he spent 20 years at The Garden (the RHS magazine) latterly as Deputy Editor.
Prior to this, he worked as a landscaper, a role which followed practical training at RHS Garden, Wisley in Surrey. He also has a BSc Hons in Horticulture from Wye College in Kent.

As Head of Operations for Technical Services, Mike celebrates over 40 years’ experience in the plumbing and heating industry; initially 25 years ‘on the tools’.
Changing direction in 2008, Mike became a lecturer in further education, teaching plumbing and heating apprentices.
During this time, he obtained teaching and assessing qualifications and Qualified Teaching and Learning status with the Society for Education and Training, further progressing into management, coaching and mentoring.
Previously contracted to the Department for Education for development of industry T Levels, Mike has also worked closely with Awarding Organisations in development of plumbing apprenticeships and holds the highest level of membership as a Fellow with CIPHE.
