Zussman Bear was formed in 1990 and undertakes a wide range of small to medium size projects in London and the Southern counties. Our philosophy is to produce well designed structures on time and budget. We have successfully completed over 2500 projects for a broad sector of clients with values ranging from £10,000 to £20,000,000. We have an in-depth knowledge of design using all types of structural material and have worked on many challenging building projects. Zussman Bear has worked on a variety of residential projects from traditional historic and listed buildings to modern contemporary designs. We have an innovative and simple approach to our design solutions and have used a variety of structural materials both in refurbishment of historic buildings and construction of new contemporary style of houses and apartments.
