They provided excellent service and professional approach to my loft conversion project (that was very complicated). Mr zulfiqar was very helpful and explained to me every aspect of my project and helped provide solutions. He was very patient with all my suggestions. He was very supportive when needing to contact building regulation and helped every step of the way. Mr Zulfiqar was easy to contact and answered any questions I had. His wealth of knowledge and experience really shows.

Ever come across a business which you feel doesn't deserve a 1 star rating, this is one of them. I had a bad experience with ZS Partnership and it felt like being mugged. The owner pushed his own ideas as though he’d be living in my house. When I asked for small alterations he became angry and argumentative. His drawings for the extension appeared to be templated and it was obvious very little time, effort and detail had gone into them. This became evident when Birmingham City Council Planning Enforcement visited my property and advised that the wrong materials had been used (my property was in a Conservation Area). More unnecessary expense! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever with regards to using ZS Partnership Ltd for my planning application. Their advice, guidance and assistance was invaluable throughout the whole project. Very professional and kept in regular contact with me throughout the process. I will be using them in the future again.
