Zafar Automotive Repairs

I recently had my car repaired by Mustapha Kemal and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. While he was initially responsive and eager to secure the job.

When the job was completed, Mustapha called and asked for payment ahead of time as he was out of town and had scheduled a recovery to drop off my car. I requested that the car be delivered first so I could inspect it before paying, but he insisted on receiving payment before recovery.

When I received my car, I noticed that I had been charged an extra £100 for a bumper bracket that wasn't even installed. Additionally, the tail lights were glued to the bumper and the rear camera was no longer working. The car was also returned in a dirty state, with primer and sand inside the booth and on the driver's seat.

Despite my attempts to contact Mustapha Kemal, he is no longer responding to my calls or messages. It's worth noting that the address of the garage is not Zafar Automotive Repairs. he just outsources

Evasive and very poor communication. What should have been a simple job has turned into a month-long saga of no-shows, broken promises and extremely poor service. My advice: ignore the speedy response you’ll get and keep looking.

Highly recommended, I broke down on sydenham road and went to yell.com to search for a mobile mechanic and come across this company, I spoke to a guy called Adz, he was very friendly, courteous, knowledgable. He attended the scene quite quickly and found the fault to be my battery, and offered a like for like battery for a reasonable price and got me on the way within the hour!
