I have tried a lot of hair removal treatments and my experience at Yuu Beauty in Edinburgh has been the best so far. The soprano ice machine that they use is fantastic, you can barely feel it and the results have been the best ive ever seen! Definitely worth the upgrade. I love the salon also, the staff are very friendly and professional and I always feel looked after when I’m in there. I joined the Yuu beauty club also and am really happy with all the discounts offers and treats I receive! Thanks so much to the Yuu Beauty team!

I recently visited Yuu Beauty for IPL and had the best experience. The girls are not only so friendly, but they are all incredibly experienced and made me feel totally relaxed getting IPL for the first time.

The treatment itself has been amazing, I wish I'd gone sooner!

I went to Yuu Edinburgh to have a go at the Soprano Ice Hair Removal. Was a bit skeptical at first but can't rate it highly enough. I've had 2 treatments now and barely have to shave (I used to get the razor out every couple of days!). Will def be back. Thanks again, girls.

I called 20 hours prior to my appointment to reschedule and was told they were charging me £20 cancellation fee. Funny cause I was rescheduling not cancelling!
Since I had a £50 balance through the beauty members club I couldn't refuse as they took it from my credit balance.
They even said they could have sold that appointment time over and over, so with 20 hours notice I'm sure it would have been filled anyway.
Totally understandable for short notice cancellations or re offenders but it was the first I've ever had to reschedule.
Definitely wont return and will continue to leave bad reviews everywhere possible!

I have been a client of Yuu Beauty for two years now. I initially visited after purchasing a Groupon voucher for IPL. I have continued with my custom as I've found all the staff there highly professional and very friendly. I am always greeted nicely and have got to know the girls well. After completing my first Groupon course I had another course of IPL, then commenced with HD eyebrows, facial peels, shellac manicures and pedicures.
I have always been delighted with my treatments and have recommended the salon to my family and friends.
If 'Magdalaworka' had read the Groupon contract properly that she initially signed, she would not have cause for complaint as it clearly states the cancellation and/or missed appointments policy. The receptionist, as with all the staff, is very pleasant, helpful and polite. Her review does not sound at all like the beauty salon I visit and therefore have to question her extremely unpleasant review
