DISHONEST COMPANY

I BOUGHT GOODS FROM THIS FIRM BASED ON THE REVIEWS WHICH MUST BE FAKE AS THE EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE HAD IS DREADFUL. ONLY RECEIVED 1/2 MY ORDER AFTER A WEEK MADE A PHONE CALL TO SAY ONLY HALF MY ORDER WAS SENT. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS AN ERROR ON THEIR SIDE AND WOULD SEND OUT THE REST OF MY ORDER IMMEDIATELY. I WAITED ANOTHER 5 DAYS AND SENT A CHASE UP EMAIL ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE WHAT I ORDERED IN STOCK FROM THE START. WHAT A SET BACK FOR ME THAT WAS DUE TO THE LACK OF HONESTY FROM THIS COMPANY FROM THE START. I COULD HAVE GONE ELSEWHERE SOONER. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

It's true we only did have half the order, but we refunded over 50% of the order straight away and no amount of angry e mails or abusive phone calls makes a difference if you have no stock. One less abusive customer from 1000's of happy one's , I know which kind I prefer. YTW

Replacement of broken rubber seal on front window - excellent job!

Had my windscreen seal fixed today by YPM Windscreens. The two guys worked very fast, the whole job with removing the old window, discarding the old broken seal, attaching a new rubber seal and then putting the window back took 30 minutes.
Very good quality of the job, also very reasonable price. Other windscreen companies did not want to do the job of just replacing the seal, but YPM Windscreens did. I am very happy with their work, and can recommend them!
