IF YOU VALUE YOUR PET'S LIFE, DON'T USE THIS PRACTICE.

It is now exactly a year since we lost our much loved cat to these people, and we still miss him terribly. They may be able to handle small things such as flea treatment etc.; but they are totally useless when presented with an emergency, and will leave your pet for hours on end without the necessary treatment. They even charged us over £1000 for the privilege, which they have totally refused to refund; but this is a small matter when compared to the loss of his life. The complaints process was an utter whitewash.
