Your Vets

I've been a loyal customer of this practice for over 25 yes I had an appointment today at 3:50 pm unfortunately due to traffic on the M40 I arrived at 4 pm, I stated I was sorry I was late due to traffic, and the reception/ vet nurse behind the counter had no interest in my reason and had great delight in telling me I had lost my slot/ appointment and the vets won't see me. I must point out there were no other customers waiting to be seen with there pets. I wasn't happy with this reply because I had been fighting my way through traffic with my 130 mastiff Zues who had not been to this practice like my other dogs and he's a nervous boy when in strange places. I've spent thousands over the years with my dogs at this practice and this means nothing and if you object you get sarcastic replies and told to have a nice weekend from the smirking staff hiding behind the counter, don't want your valuable custom on this vets go somewhere your pets and custom is appreciated

Awful service they will find any excuse not to honour the healthy pet club scheme and will delay booster and kennel cough.
Arrived for an appointment today, called when I was outside as I was told. Waited 20 minutes on hold then approached a member of staff to be told I was late and they wouldn’t see my dog. Shocking service
Really advise looking elsewhere

I rang Your Vets on Monday about an eye problem my westie Kerry was suffering with and they wanted to see her to see a Vet. Due to pandemic the pets are collected in the car park and brought back after treatment. Kerry who is 14 years old was seen and an ulcer was diagnosed and two eye drops were prescribed. She has had Cushing’s Disease for many years now and has to have daily tablets to keep the condition under control plus a lung disease that she has to take anti-inflammatory that helps to reduce the cough and wheeze. Kerry is well known at the practice as she has spent many hours at the practice having tests done and as she has to have regular medication the practice suggested that I get the prescriptions from Your Vets who then sends it by email to an online medication company to help reduce the costs. Both Kerry and myself have always been treated with great care and compassion and professionalism from the Vets and staff.

KEEP AWAY my Cat had a broken right lower fang he couldn't eat so we decided to take him to this vet.

Total cost £706.14p that inc cremation and ashes
