Your Service. I would like to share my opinion with you guys cos I think is important to know if you can relay on someone! Have sky box ECT and unfortunately was windy at that time and my dish moved! Trying to speak with sky customer service to sort this out but.... was on the phone like for 2 h and always been moved to other department... on the end manage to speak with right person! But! Waiting time was like 24h up to 72h... and cost would be 99 quid. So a bit disappointed u paying around 100 for a month and can't have service what it should be! Just finish phone call with them and start searching, was a chap called Ziggy! So give him a phone, answered straight away! After 10 min talk he was at my door in next 30 min, and I paid 40 quid! As a new customer. I hope all big companies will be like that! Thank you Ziggy will save you number for sure!
