Michael has become my go to plumber. I had a fault on my combo boiler. Michael sorted out parts replacement and gave me an all in quote. The work was carried out with full service of the boiler above and beyond the repair. A full and comprehensive gas safety certificate issued and other gas appliances checked. From plumbing to boiler maintenance and repairs: this is the man. He’s diligent, tidy, good sense of humour and knows his trade. Quote was very fair and reasonable. I think I should have paid a bit more for the effort and extensive work he put in. I wouldn’t have another plumber/gas maintenance engineer other than Michael.

We had a leak upstairs from the boiler which poured down to the kitchen below. The house was empty as it's being sold and we were out of the country. We only wanted the leak isolated and thought we would have trouble getting someone out for such a small job. Called Michael and he came as he promised. He had to pick up keys from estate agents also. Michael found the problem and also drained the radiators for to ensure no further leaks and swtched off the electricity as the kitchen ceiling was dripping. He told us where the problem was and that was it. No exaggeration of the problem. Just the facts. Payment was easily done via PayPal. Very pleased with this company and woukd use them again
