I've used Your London Pet Sitter for lots of long weekends/holidays over the last 2 years and I have been so impressed with the service every time. All emails are answered really quickly and everything is dealt with very efficiently at the admin end.

Most importantly, the service of care for our cats is fantastic. We've had the same lady each time and we've been able to build a real relationship of trust with her and our cats seem to love her! Plus communication is great and she even sends photo updates so we know all is ok. Highly recommended service!

Micaela and team have looked after Ella for more than 5 years now. Ella is always relaxed and happy to see her and them. I know that Ella is well cared for - because animals don't pretend.

What is extra nice for me is the photos and video. These bring a smile to me - and I can see for myself that Ella is relaxed and happy. Its hard on pets when we travel. They don't understand this change. With YLPS mine has always felt safe and loved...

Exceptional Service!!

Our pet sitter Anne is just amazing. We've used her for about 2 years now and she's always been very caring and patient with our two mischievous cats. She's been caring for them during our shorter and longer trips. She stays overnight with them and whenever we come back home our cats are happy and our flat is clean which is great to come back to.
Can't recommend her enough!

I've used this company 2x now for my 2 high maintenance Bengal cats and our sitter has been amazing. She would send me video and picture messages daily of the cats and playing with them, as well as how much food was left from the day before. It was very reassuring.
