Extremely professional and sensitive in respecting the wishes of the family. Chris and Carly gave the personal touch, were sensitive to specific requests and, at a time when organising any funeral was difficult (during the Covid 19 and consequent restrictions), they made it so much easier. There costs were extremely competitive and there was no reduction in the quality of their service.

I would like to say a huge thanks to Chris and Your Choice Funerals for providing an extremely professional and compassionate service for my mum's cremation yesterday, Tuesday 7th June. From the moment we walked into the office I felt at ease and being in quite a vulnerable state, never once felt pressured into making choices I didn't feel right about. The whole journey from start to finish was very professional, Chris remained in contact. All the costs were written down on paper, no hidden charges and Chris was also able to suggest a suitable florist who provided a beautiful arrangement for mum's casket. I would also like to say a huge thanks to Malcolm, who prepared my mum's eulogy and managed to ask us all the right questions to provide a heart warming, funny and true life story that will remain with family and friends forever.

On the 7th of march my partner passed away we went to various different funeral parlours in south shields.when I came across your choice I was a bit dubious because I didn't know whether it had a chapel of rest.but on asking the undertaker I found out that it had.
So as everywhere I had been to get a price on a simple funeral was going to cost at least £3842......where as your choice does a simple funeral for under £2000, the undertaker (christopher) was really nice, very helpful.....he even came in on Sunday tea time to open up the parlour so I could see my loved one...he done a really good job making her look at peace which made me at peace which I will be forever thankful....I would highly recommend using your choice funerals as the whole experience went without any hiccups
