Amazed at the speed, efficiency, politeness and reasonable price.

I know it's not really in their field of expertise but my friend had been to several jewellers in Newcastle and none of them were able to change the battery in my rather expensive radio controlled watch, bought for me by my late wife. They all said it could not be opened.
In desperation she went to Young's in the Grainger Arcade, on the advice of a friend.
The battery in my watch was replaced with no hassle and I'm told the service was fast, efficient, polite AND inexpensive!
I would recommend Young's to anyone for anything. If they can outshine some of Newcastle's top jewellers their shoe repair service must be quite something.
