Absolutely disgusting experience!!! Wouldn't go back if they paid me. The so called manager "Crystalla" (Croydon branch of you and me) gave appalling customer service as soon as I walked in. I was told on the phone that it would be ok if I just wrote down voucher code she insisted that I should have the voucher and the code was incorrect. She gave me no options but to book again!!!! I then suggested to the dimwit if its that much of an issue let me log onto my email and give it to her. All this time she was looking down complaining being horrible to my children. It was my sisters appointment. When I asked for details to complain she just handed me a business card for salon with no direct details of her manager and refused to write down any details. She was highly unprofessional talking about me to other customers very bullyish mentality and giving my children dirty looks!! Would have decked the old hag outside. Obnoxious cow salon needs to get rid!!!!!!!

Not very happy hair only washed once and special treatment was conditioner left on for 5 minutes. The cut was not very good got told when I got home that it looked as if a basin had been put on my head and cut round. I know it was a special offer but I did expect a lot more.

Went to this salon for the first time and felt so welcome staff the salon manager and the regular customers involved me in conversation which is very warming when you have never been to a salon before. I have to say my hair treatment was amazing YANA listened to exactly what I wanted I absolutely loved the end result. I had highlights and a cut and blow and will most definitely be returning. Thank you x

This is a really nice salon with lovely staff. I had got lost on the way (and rather flustered) and they were very good and gave me a great massage – even ensuring they had put SPF on my back before I left as it was a very hot day. Staff seemed very professional, friednly and knowledgable. I am going back for a Dermalogica facial and looking forward to it.

I been to U&me several times and also had a good treatment . it is really welcoming and the staff are so good especially the male hair dresser Laszlo is really good. I been to Tony and Guy/ Rush and many more but never had such a treatment and satisfaction . I am not afraid to speand my money there. Galina is really good with the nails and Nadia with threading, waxing and i heard that she is good in doing facials as well and so does Galina.
Raju, the owner is so nice and really professional. the atmosphere is really nice and pleasant . I WOULD DEFIJNATELY RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS. Sabrina
