Purchased Zanussi combi oven from YTK, exactly what I was looking for and in great condition. The service was easy and everything went like clockwork.

Amazing service from start to finish.
Create kitchens and bedroom have fitted us amazing bedroom furniture.
The quality and workmanship is excellent.
We are also having a kitchen fitted soon.

Please avoid this company at all costs, I have had a terrible experience which is still on going.
Initially a pleasant company that is very obliging, this masks the fact they want your money and will ask full payment up front, for any trade this is unusual.
Nearly every kitchen cabinet is damaged, paint scratches or where the architrave has been cut to size it has been cut with a blade so blunt it wouldn't have cut butter.
The mess, dust and sawdust was disgusting, I had less issues having my extension built.
I reported the damage to the units, worktops and architrave immediately, it took 5 emails, 20 photos over 4 weeks with a promise of legal action before they responded.
They then agreed to come out and survey the damage, they agreed with each item I had highlighted. I was told they would get back to me within a few days (more lies). Nearly 3 weeks after that visit and yet another email from me informing them I do have now taken steps to recover the money I have paid.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Take your business elsewhere to a company whom are bothered and will give you what you pay for.

Lies upon lies , a year in and still kitchen not complete.
Damaged cause to property.
Not bothered when they have your money.
