Unfair dealing with customers

Four years back I paid them £60.00 to purchase indian stones. I did not take flags from them for some reason and asked them to refund money. They did not refund my money despite regular reminders.
I would not recemmend this company to others because they not fair in their dealings.

We had a problem with a delivery which meant we wouldn't be able to finish our decking on time. Luckily Yorkshire Timber Merchants stepped in and delivered what we needed to finish the job. They delivered the same day so they were a godsend.
