Called Yorkshire Stairlifts Ltd. on Monday to enquire about getting a stairlift installed for my elderly mother. Today is Wednesday and the stairlift is installed!! I couldn't have wished for a better service. Friendly, helpful staff who have made my mothers life so much easier within a couple of days.

Contacted the company over the weekend to help my dad. Wasn’t expecting a response until Monday but got loads sorted over the weekend- very helpful and reassuring that they could help. Every interaction has been so easy- they contacted my parents and within a week, the stairlift had been measured and fitter. Smooth and professional from start to finish - nothing has been too much for them! Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

We needed a stair lift urgently the only other option was my husband to be discharged from hospital to live downstairs with a hospital bed and a commode which if at all possible this could be avoided this was not going to be the case scenario.
The team at Yorkshire stair lifts made the ideal scenario happen. I was in shock, anxious and worried about the future with my first contact. The girls on the telepresence listened and were sympathetic and very patient with my calls.
The Owner Eric was understanding and reassuring. Lee came to do the survey on the Friday and the stairlift was fitted on the Wednesday.
We also needed a stair lift for a further floor it it was a curved one which they cannot provide. However they signposted me to the people who do.
I would definitely recommend Yorkshire Stairlifts and I can not thank the whole team for there efficient friendly companionate service in a timely manor

From first contact with Lee to install by Ant a few days later the whole service was first class! We did have a slight problem which was sorted immediately by Lee over the phone on a Saturday !
