We had a very serious condensation problem in our house; we were vacuuming water off every day as soon as the weather cooled and we were losing curtains to mould. Steve came by, assessed the problem, proposed the Positive Input Ventilation system and had the whole thing installed and done in a few days.

Since then the condensations is down by at least 98% (we still get a little condensation of super cold days but it's a trivial amount). The entire top floor is dry and stays that way. The unit is completely silent as well.

We were impressed with the professionalism of Steve and his team, and the effectiveness of the solution has been incredible. The work is covered by an extensive warranty and guarantee and payment in instalments was easy.

I recommend this company 100%.

Very Poor Communication and Totally ignorant and rude towards my request.

I Emailed both to steve Austin And company email Address and requested for survey at the same time with all explanations and issues my house has on Email and i also filled the online survey request on their website and submitted.(on 24/06/24)

now is summer time no excuse for them to say there are busy,even if they are busy they could contacted me and let me know.this is totally ignorant and rude towards customers,i also went to their provided address which is a few minutes walk from merrion centre in leeds a guy opened the door and said this cumpany i mean yorkshire condensation control do not based in here and they only use this address to collect their Mail.
