York Sports Club boasts some of the finest facilities for private and business functions in York, with 4 fantastic function rooms, in-house catering, free parking and amazing staff to help organise and execute your event.
The Chris Houseman Suite is our largest suite with it's own private bar, balcony and toilets. The suite has a capacity up to 150 guests with a projector, ceiling and wall speakers all for the low price of £50 per hour*.
The Lounge is perfect for more intimate occasions where a warm and welcoming atmosphere is required. The Lounge has it's own private bar with an outdoor patio area, 5 60" TV screens and ceiling speakers.
The Wendy Shepherd Suite can hold up to 60 guests and has it's own private balcony, projector screen and speaker system.
The Boardroom is equipped with a 60" TV screen, boardroom table and 12 chairs.

5We had a hog roast in the day and then an evening meal of 3 courses. Staff were great and friendly and with the onsite parking it made the whole process seamless.
