Classes run on a Monday at 1pm, Tuesday at 1pm and 7pm, Wednesday at 11am and 6.30pm , on a Thursday at 7.45pm and on a Friday from 6.15am to 7.45am. Booking is essential
Caroline Prichard teaches a form of integral yoga which develops all aspects of one's being including the body, mind, breath, emotions, psyche and spirit, leading the practitioner towards a more balanced and harmonious state.
These ongoing beginners classes for adults are ideal for improving physical strength, mobility and flexibility as well as combating stress, increasing energy levels and improving concentration and sleep quality.
Satyananda Yoga is systematic and progressive and can be practiced by anyone regardless of age, culture, religion or ability. Classes include postural work (asana), breathing practices (pranayama) and deep relaxation (yoga nidra).
Classes are run in blocks of between six and eight weeks and cost between £54 and £72 (equivalent £9 per class).
Gentle/Chair Yoga is for people with mobility problems, Stress Management for those with hectic lives at home or work, Early Morning Yoga on Fridays for those who want a dynamic start to the weekend, and beginners. Booking is essential. Classes are run from two Earlsdon venues - The Govind Health Centre and the War Memorial Park Visitors Centre.
