Yoga Rooms is the First Yoga Studio in Stourbridge offering Hot Yoga. At Yoga Rooms, every Yogi enjoys countless opportunities to advance their practice in our modern studio :)
We have over 30 weekly classes across 15 yoga styles including Hot yoga, Warm yoga, Meditation, Strala, Hatha, Iyengar and Yin.
Yoga Rooms is made up of of 2 Yoga Rooms, 2 Therapy Rooms, 1 Holistic Room, locker rooms, amenities and showers.
We will provide Mats and all the Yoga Props (If you do prefer your own Yoga mat you are welcome to bring it to your class)
All you need to bring is a towel and some water and yourself of course :)
