Used to be a well run happy shop. A shambles under the new manager.

Until recently, prior to March 2022, I used to love this shop. It was well run, had a happy atmosphere, and mostly seemed busy. But they have got a new manager. He was in on his own apart from one volunteer. Used to be plenty of volunteers, where did they all go? The two of them disappeared right to the back of the shop, almost out of sight. It's a good job I wasn't a shoplifter, I could have cleared an entire rail. Security was a joke. The till completely at risk. It's a shame that under this new manager, the shop has gone badly down hill, and is now a complete shambles.
