Quick fix by phone.

I was having problems in one area of my banking app and spent nearly 2 hours on the phone to my bank for support. That got me as far as a workaround solution but they finished by telling me that the problem was gremlins in my pc. I rang Alan. It was already evening but he answered immediately and was so so helpful. Her talked me through and waited patiently while I logged on and off the apps I was having problems with so I could check that his solution had resolved the problem. It had. So.... job done in 5-10 minutes and no charge. Will definitely use him again.

He gave me a quote, and was able to fit a new part and sort out problems with the software.
He charged a fair price and got my computer up and running quickly.
