Good service but didn't accept card

Everything was fine except for payment, the website states multiple times that card is accepted but when the driver arrived I asked if they accepted card and was told that I had to pay in cash, driver was friendly and stopped at a cash machine but i only ever use card and don't carry cash so probably won't use again

Hi sadly 2 of my 17 drivers don’t accept card as they don’t have smart phones you must of been unlucky to have one of them but if stated wanted to pay by card then a driver with a machine would of been allocated

Short notice London pick up from Yeovil

Needed a pick up from London at short notice and Jamie was happy to help. We even needed to bring forward the collection time and this was no problem. Driver in London by 8.30am from Yeovil. Amazing and reliable service and communication was first class throughout. Can't thank this firm enough.
