Tonight I phoned and ordered a chicken fillet burger meal and the 3 peice chicken and chips meal when the driver arrived he charged me more than the menu said so I assumed prices had gone up. When I undone the packaging my wife's order was correct and mine was wrong I ended up with halfpounder burger meal so I rang back the shop to complain which I was asked what can they do to make this right my reply was as I am the customer you should be telling me what you can do to put this right. The burger bun was filled with lettice and ketchup which made the bun soggy and difficult to eat. I've given this shop the benift of the doubt on more than one occasion. Tonight was the last time I order from xpress pizza.

ignore the negative comments, FAKE reviews from FAKE users generated by a certain scummy franchised chain on the same street ( who employ inbread delivery drivers by the way! )...because Express Chicken & Pizza get more customers than they do ! Ive been using this shop for EIGHT YEARS & have NEVER found the staff to be anything but friendly in the extreme, after all, they aint gonna be rude to paying customers...thats shows its lies ! The foods good enough to keep my custom for 8yrs too, so they cant be that bad, as Im a very picky eater...still, shows how the competition fear them to write lies here !

Been waiting an hour and 30 mins for a 12’ pizza and small chips.

Called and was told they’ll be here in 10 mins.. was 25 mins ago. 🤬

Hope the food makes up for it, or I won’t be returning.
