I do like to read how XEPOS write their own reviews on TrustPilot. Its not to difficult to see the same reviews by the same person over and over again. TrustPilot is part of the problem and should take some responsibility in companies like this taking the... out of small businesses.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - on the day I wrote my last review, I received a phone call from XEPOS, asking why I wrote a negative review. I briefly explained, and I received an insincere apology, and a promise that my situation would be looked at, and I would be called back IMMEDIATELY. No surprise that I'm still waiting for that call back, nearly a month ago (I'm not actually waiting tbc. I knew they wouldn't call me back, as they NEVER call back when they say they are going to). I sincerely hope this business fails soon, solely to ensure that no one else has to go through what I've had to go through with them. They are truly atrocious, easily the worst company I have ever encountered, and I strongly recommend that people AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I am stuck with faulty equipment, an account manager who refuses to communicate other than through whatsapp and a nightmare of a job of trying to get the bank to cancel my payments to them. They lie, they dodge phone calls, they leave you on hold for hours, then randomly disconnect the call, and they offer the WORST tech support and the WORST customer service experience ever. I have spoken to many employees there, and apart from two lovely sounding, slightly more mature ladies, who were clearly upset at the state of the company they had found themselves working for, everybody appears to be clueless. AVOID AVOID AVOID - I cannot emphasise that enough.

Avoid this company . I am not happy with dealing with their rude staff every mot as they keep on freezing my epos
