We just bought our first house and worked with Xeni on a recommendation from a friend to upgrade our wiring and box, install proper dedicated heat and smoke alarms and get the electrical in the place up to code and certified. Xeni is qualified and very experienced, he was clear and concise in the way he explained what needed to be done, and he made multiple recommendations at each step so we could choose what fit our budget whilst still getting what we needed. However what really sets Xeni apart is his kindness and his personality. It felt like working with a friend and mentor. He was very patient, welcoming and open with my partner and myself in explaining to us how each part of the process works, and offering clear advice at every step. After working with him for two days we feel like we have a friend and someone that we can trust for anything that needs to be done for our home. He’s the best!
