This patio looks like it could do with replacing but would be expensive, the cheapest option would be to clean. Please check photo after cleaning looks new again.
For a small cost it can look new again
This driveway hasn't been cleaned in a long time, moss has started to grow in the gaps, car has leaked oil over drive staining the blocks.
Moss and oil stain has been removed once dried will fill in gaps with kiln dried sand. This can also be sealed using high performance sealers which will enhance the colours.
During the process I will be using state of the art surface cleaners. As you can see from the before and after shots the results are amazing.

I would highly recommend this company. Paolo was recommended to us by a neighbour to clean and re sand our driveway. Paolo came to look at the job and said he would send the quote when he was back from his holiday. He did exactly that, I didn’t have to chase or remind him. When it came to the job Paolo was very clear an honest about what would and wouldn’t work, gave us a competitive quote and started the work quickly. Even when the rain delayed us a week or so, Paolo kept me updated and I never felt forgotten.

Transformed sandstone patio and brick drive

Outstanding job on all fronts.
Indian sandstone patio, which had black spot was cleaning and treated and looks like new.
Brick drive which is 5 years old was cleared and resanded, also looks like new.
Arrived on time, cleaned up perfectly and was extremely polite and helpful.
X-stream is highly recommended!
