Always found XR Fasteners a pleasure to deal with. Good knowledge of products and stock held or where to locate items. Can definately recommend to others as na good local supplier.

Needed some replacement 6mm slotted machine screws. Went everywhere today to find some. F. G. Langs in Grays told me to try XR. Not easy to find, tucked away as they are, but what a service I got from them! Reminded me of the 1970s (in a good way). The old boy who served me knew his stuff and fixed me up, even spent the time to show me alternatives. I'll be back. What a find! :)

Amazing. The staff seemed extre friendly could not do enough to help and had all items I needed in stock. It only cost £6 but I know would have cost me 4 or 5 times this amount elsewhere. Will be going back soon.

Maybe I got them on a bad day too? Or they only cater without a patronising demeanour for account customers? They were arrogant, patronising and their customer service was below standard. Reading the other reviews I wonder if they received good service because they were established customers?

I'll give them another go, but if the service is as bad as my initial visit I'll go back to CRI.

We have been dealing with XR Fasteners for over 10 years, always found them to provide a very reliable service... very rarely have to look else where... staff are always friendly
