As a company we specialise in providing bespoke plans for businesses to assist them in achieving compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. All of our assessors are either serving or retired Fire Service Officers with unrivalled Fire Safety experience.

Specialists in delivering fire risk assessments in Bristol, Bath and the South West ensuring landlords, owners of commerce, management agencies and businesses remain compliant with fire safety regulations and health and safety laws to guarantee workplace safety.

Our 30 years of practical experience enables us to view the client’s undertakings from an independent perspective and offer a comprehensive one-stop solution that accurately addresses all fire safety and risk management needs. We deliver legally compliant Fire Risk Assessments and best practice advice to industry standard using the latest PAS79:2020 framework as either a specialist cloud based service or bespoke PDF version.

The service we provide is a personal one, and one we take great pride in ensuring our customers understand the fire management plan and are able to commute the safety journey without any bumps along the away. We are here to help you navigate the route and ensure compliance.

Marc recently carried out a Fire Risk Assessment on our HMO. The service throughout was exemplary and the advice, guidance and assessment report provided were accurate, thorough and well presented. The addition of online tools to support ongoing risk management is a significant plus. Would highly recommend for this type of work. Marc at WRM came highly recommended by a colleague in health & safety enforcement. Professionally I have had to review many fire risk assessments (FRAs) and the ones from WRM are the most understandable I have seen. I contacted him to ask for his fee to give advise about the small block of flats where my dad is a leaseholder/director of the residents' association, as there was disagreement about the need for FRA. Marc replied swiftly to advise that the most recent update to fire safety regs did not apply to those flats, despite solicitors asking for them as part of conveyancing now. As well as not charging me for an unnecessary FRA, Marc provided his advice, including what fire safety measures we should ensure were in place, for free and saved us a great deal of unnecessary expense. The other companies that I contacted didn't have the expertise and integrity that you will get from Marc. So if you want a FRA that you can rely on and understand, then WRM is five star.
