Wythall Heating Services

I would never recommend Wychall Heating Services, cos after paying to them loads of money, they did not care to come and fix the leaks in water meter. It was included into price. Also they did not do a Gas Safety Certificate, which was included into price. I have called them multiple times, and nothing have
been done. They promised to call back, but they never called! They are not interested to fix the problem, just ignoring you, after they got the money.
They are not a respectable company whom you can trust.

Got here on time - new cooker wouldn't in slot because one kitchen was skewed. The gas fitter made some mods and new cooker up and running. Modified gas pipe run to comply with fitting instructions. Little bit more cost on labour and parts but job done.

I had an emergency with our boiler at our community centre and had a wonderful guy called Steve come out to sort it.
He was so friendly with a great sense of humour and fixed the problem straight away.Fantastic service.Happy to recommend them.

Over the Xmas break we had a problem with rainwater running down the outside of the flue pipe and into the boiler. As a British Gas Home Care contract holder we tried to get help from them but without success. They would sell a new boiler or strangely fit us new radiators.
Early on first day after the break we rang Wythall Heating who said they would attend that day. Less than 2 hours later, Wythall engineer Dean arrived to look at the problem. He diagnosed that a new flue pipe was needed and the tiles and flashing needed refitting. He did all this in 2 hours in the rain.
Many thanks to Wythall and Dean for giving us such excellent service and at a very reasonable price. We will certainly be using Wythall Heating for regular boiler service and any other plumbing and heating problems should they arise.
