We had previously spotted a mouse and tried a couple of traps ourselves, but nothing had been caught.
I had had some unusual advice from a couple of companies before I found Ross on Yell.com.
Straight away he put me at ease and told me he would come out to assess my situation with the GROUP of little visitors who had scared me silly, appearing from my wardrobe that morning! !!
Ross was incredibly knowledgeable, and he seemed to know exactly what to do, where to look, and also about how the animals behave, which is something I wouldn't have had a clue about. He also seemed comfortable in giving me a ballpark figure on price, and didn't try to dress is up etc., just nice & straightforward.
Since seeing the group of them, and calling Ross, we haven't seen any!
He gave us 3 visits, and finished up with some great ideas on future prevention.
Really impressed, and would definitely recommend this guy to anyone with a pest problem.

We recently had to use this company to treat for flees in our house. The service they provided was very friendly and professional and I would highly recomend to call this company.

I have to say if you ever have a need for this type of service then you want someone to come out quickly, which they did. It was an early wake up but they fitted us in so that they could come out asap the next day.
