Fantastic Experience - On the Day of Our Lives
We hired Wyatt Wedding Cars for our wedding in August based on several recommendations from friends and family. It is a family run business and they went the extra mile to make sure our day ran smoothly. We booked a car to take us to the church and then reception at Brooklands after. They were very accommodating and suggested a number of photos that we could have with the car While at the church and evening venue. The complimentary champagne was a real treat and allowed my new wife and myself a chance to toast our marriage on our way to Brooklands. The driver was thoughtful and chatted with us but also gave us the opportunity to have time together. I would really recommend the company to anyone who is looking at getting married- great service, great family and great cars.

Very poor service
Used Wyatt Wedding cars for my wedding and the whole experience was pretty horrendous. Firstly the car broke down on the way to the venue meaning the bridesmaids had to push it to jump start. This meant my wife was over 25 minutes late for the service. The agreement with Wyatt was for them to then wait until the ceremony was over so we could have some photos with the wedding car, but on leaving the venue the car had gone and was no-where to be seen. After returning from our honeymoon we contacted Wyatt to lodge a complaint and we had the phone put down on us twice. Very disappointed.

Disappointing to have our 1st poor review. Our version of the events. Vintage Triumph did not break down on route to the venue. These vehicles occasionally have cold starting issues which happened prior to the run but was resolved in time. Bridal party were 25 minutes late to the service due to them not coming out at the requested time. Our driver made several requests which were ignored. He was unable to complete the 40 minute journey in the 10 minutes remaining. We did agree to wait & have photos with the car. We request that the photos be taken early in the program, to which the groom agreed. However, after waiting for 2 hours after the service & searching for the bride & groom they were nowhere to be found. No communication had been left for our driver & only then did the car leave. The groom did telephone, on Sunday, when we as a family were out dining at a restaurant. He was unreasonable, did not want to call in normal office hours & his only interest was to obtain a full refund
