WT Joinery & Building Services

Started a pretty straight forward job which should have only lasted a few weeks. Ended up nealy killing my family & he has stolen large amount of money from us & cost us allot more to fix his mess.
Do not use Tomasz.

I have had a terrible experience with WT Joinery. Tomasz was always pleasant and appeared helpful however the works were terribly slow and substandard.
6 months into our 10 week house extension our house was not wind and water tight and we had no kitchen for over 3 weeks. Tomasz took some time off, then never came back and ignored all of my calls and messages. This was 4 weeks before Christmas and it was -4° and I have a 7 year old.
I have had to get others in to complete the job however lots of the work is substandard and I'm having to repair it before works progress. The worst item is that he lost a part of my boiler and the fumes have been coming into my home for goodness knows how long and we've all been ill. We might not have the kitchen etc in for Christmas.
I'm currently taking legal action to try to get my money back and to cover remedial works.

I would never use this business again. The works were substandard and not done according to specification. Time excessive and cost for works done excessive. Site left in an abominable state. Almost complete disregard for customers property and instructions.Pleasant and plausible facade. Promises repeatedly made and then broken, responsibility not taken, followed by evasion of consequences of trail of destruction left behind. Despite excessive costs, my home will not be passed by building control without a further outlay of approx £20,000
