Disgruntled customer....Cowboy treatment beware....
1Collected my second skip without my permission.
The skip was only half full and the work had been delayed due to the weather.
When I posed the question:Why have you taken the skip without first confirming collection.?
And usually the customer contacts you to inform you of pickup arrangements....
He mumbled that details had been agreed on drop off.
I had tried to give him an estimate of time required,but had in no way committed to a pickup.
When phoned to ask him why he had picked up a half empty skip?
His mantra was tough luck.........sucker.
I will not be dropping a mini skip off at no charge.
