Shocking service

Pre booked taxi gave 1 weeks notice but didn't show up. Phoned up to find out what was going on after waiting 30mins passed the booked time. Receptionist was unhelpful and extremely rude. Was told taxi was on its way? waited a further 20mins then phoned another company who managed to pick me up within 5mins of my call. This will be the last time prestige will let me down as i am now going to use the other company. Prestige always run late,your lucky if you get driver that can talk English, the cars are dirty and getting a taxi at school is an impossibility
