Wrexham & Prestige Taxis

Not good service at all 15 minutes late to pick up and also booked a return journey did even bother to turn up when rang office very rude operator said it was outside do not think as was waiting for it to arrive was told another car be available in a hour tearable service suggest no one use them as l will not be using this company again

Booked a taxi to accommodate 8 in advance to take family guests and ourselves to our daughters wedding for 6 people. I would not use Prestige ever again. Dirty filthy car. Driver moronic what should have been a 25 min journey took 45mins after a dreadfully cramped journey in wedding refinery because he wasn't sure of the way to Parkgate .Two lady passengers were in cramped back seats. Driver's seat pushed so far back to accommodate his size reduced seating for other passengers. It was very embarrassing and I found myself apologising all day for what should have been a pleasant happy journey for a special occasion being turned into a nightmare one. Be warned do NOT use Prestige Taxis as I paid £140 for the privilege. All I can say is thank you to the return driver who was so sorry for our experience. Get your act together Prestige I took a great deal of time making sure the booking was as I wanted it to be. BUT YOU FAILED ME. NEVER AGAIN.!!!!

I’m quite cross about this, I’ve used this taxi firm with no problems in the past. Used just a few days ago, two females, I was dropped off myself no problem, my friend however dropped off on her own by a community centre to walk alone down a country road home.... not acceptable!! Taxi guy was not friendly and acted as though it was a right pain taking us home... maybe a change if career??? 😡

£7.50 for a 2.3mile journey seems extreme

I live in the moss and we have a mini bus service on a wed/fri/sat.that takes us into wrexham.we have a regular driver he is called Bryn.he is always helpful.cheerful.and assists the elderly with the door.he has recently been on holiday and we had a replacement.his name is mike.(dont know surname) he too has been cheerful.kind and very helpful.well done prestige on these two drivers.makes a difference having a nice driver..
