Wren Kitchens

Kitchen designed by Wren cupboard in the corner of our kitchen leaves a gap and not even a even cap. So professional design does not stop the kitchen being shoddy !!!!! Complained they are not interested apparently all their kitchens have this asked if they could provide a panel to cover up the gap and they wanted to charge us !!!! Then we said as a good will gesture can you provide a cupboard the leaves no gap and they said not without us paying for it. We are still having discussions with Wren not what we expected. Our dream kitchen has turned into a nightmare !!!!!

Dreadful service measured the kitchen wrong hence the design despite the assurances from the very nice salespeople the customer services put the blame on the customer for not checking accurately. Many bits not delivered on time and then they wanted to charge for the units that were then necessary following the design mistakes. Their customer services stated that there experts that visit your home are not kitchen technical experts and therefore not responsible... I am into my 6th week and still do not have the bits to complete the kitchen. They do not keep stock on site and everything has to be ordered in with a minimum of 5 working days and most have taken longer. Just to make it worst one of the items we had waited 3 weeks for was faulty.

From the outset Wren looked after us and the kitchen designer was fantastic Joe I cannot say how good the guy is. The product is superb well made and the after care sale etc is second to none so pleased we choose Wren.
