Wren Refuse to Finish Their Installation That Wren Designed

The design we had done by the Plymouth showroom was great.

The fitters contracted by Wren on the whole were very good, that is until they hit a problem. Something that they failed to pick up on when the installer did his survey.

Wren are now refusing to install the shelving that they supplied, saying that we have the wrong sort of walls.

I've now raised this as an official complaint, for Wren to resolve or issue a deadlock letter, so that the ombudsman can decide on it.

I will update the review once resolved.

Excellent service from the start to the finish excellent customer service and friendly staff especially Nigel our personal advisor would recommend Wren to all friends and family
