Wren Kitchens

Three weeks from installation date, so have hopes for a great installation but thus far I have been very disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Wren thus far.

I was promised quotes for the full work which was not forthcoming despite multiple efforts to chase. Had to take time out to visit the store to finally have the information provided by the fitter, which came via a text message.

Having requested a breakdown, discovered additional costs I was unaware of with no time left to seek out alternative or competitive quotes.

Raised my disappointment with the team, who said that they were sorry I felt this way but could not do anything.

If you're looking for a supportive approach and complete kitchen installation experience or if this is your first experience of purchasing a kitchen (as it is mine), I would recommend you look elsewhere.

Trying to keep an open mind before installation.

I have a wonderful new kitchen supplied and fitted by Wren there professionalism was exceptional from beginning to end, thanks to all concerned.

We are very happy with our new kitchen, the process from design to installation went very smoothly.
The quality of the units is excellent too.
The installation was completed in two days which was very impressive as we expected a full week
