Wren Kitchens Aberdeen Showroom

Good job from shop designer and manager. Then it stops there disaster of delivery, installer came on date and done the best he could in 3 days. Now into 6 th week and and still waiting for 25 damages to be repaired. First load of replacements came all damaged. Asked for a site visit 5 weeks ago and still no visit. Waste of time phoning customer services they drag you round in circles and are not interested in you problems. Emailed the Md but no response.Take my advice go somewhere else for a kitchen because once you sign on dotted line they are not interested

Excellent customer service beginning to end. We had to go to Aberdeen store and staff were so friendly. When kitchen was ordered you were kept up to date with delivery etc. Couple of items missing but we received them 10 days later

First class service from start to finish. Very good quality and strong units, great fitting information if DIY.
A couple of very minor issues that customers services sorted very quickly and efficiently.
Would recommend.

I was worried about ordering a kitchen on my own, it’s a big expense. I checked on a few companies who were happy to sell you a kitchen but had no interest in being sure it would fit. I wanted someone to check the measurements help make decisions. Wren were the only company in my price range that offered the service.

Kitchen measured, off to the lovely showroom staff whom helped design my kitchen over a coffee. The choice and price ranges were huge so I got just what I wanted. They even gave me suggestions I had not thought of and put together the perfect kitchen for me. It was a challenge as it’s a smallish area and appliance heavy but they did it.

Finance was also easy to arrange and done in a few minutes.

Delivery went smoothly and was well planned and communicated and everything came as expected.

I now am the proud owner of a gorgeous kitchen – Wren, I thank you for making everything so easy and would not hesitate to recommend you for a truly 1st class service.

Great experience from the start - packaging to the delivery well done - Kristina was great in Aberdeen shop with all the planning. Lots of calls from the shop prior to signing up which was the downfall. Otherwise very happy.
